The internet and doing business over the web is very new and is to many small business owners a complete unknown.  There is unquestionably a learning curve to climb.  Equally there are some aspects of doing business over the web that should be left to businesses like us.

Web Consultancy That Pays For Itself

Very few things in life are completely free.  Offering advice about any aspect of doing business over the web is something we like to get some reward for.  We're happy to take calls and give advice or offer an opinion.  We're confident any of clients will testify to this.  Sometimes it is necessary to charge for advice when it clearly starts to turn into consultancy style support.  In these instances we always aim to demostrate that paid for advice is matched or exceeded by the returns or savings made as a result of the support we give.

Website Content Creation and Management

All the sites we design have user content management features.  This means all our clients have the ability to add and edit the content on their sites without any need for us to be involved.  However, sometimes time is at a premium or you may simply want us to provide an outsourced web channel service.  This is something we do, but only for the sites we've designed and implemented.

Website Hosting

We don't market or provide stand alone web hosting services.  We do provide web hosting for all the sites we design and build for clients.  Only hosting sites we've directly had a hand in designing and implementing means we know what these sites require in the way of hosting and this makes for very stable and reliable web sites, which is exactly what you want when you rely on your web channel to be working for you 24/7.

The hosting we provide for clients is what we refer to as fully managed. In practice this means our clients don't need to go anywhere near a hosting admin panel.  If they need us to do something, like add further email accounts, we just get on and do it.  It's all part of the fully managed service.
